The client ( Houston based entrepreneur ) wanted to analyze social media activities for sentiment analysis. He wanted to gather, organize, interpret and then analyze those behavioural data to determine a marketing strategy, improve campaign success, improve customer service and generate leads. BinaryFolks needed to develop a data visualization platform to track these social media activities in real time and bring actionable insights to the surface by enabling our client to see connections between multi-dimensional data sets and better and efficient ways to interpret those data through the use of heat maps, fever charts, and other rich graphical representations.
This particular application is used to help users analyse their social media behaviour with intuitive real time graphs / charts. It also suggests changes in their usage pattern. Each and every client has to register and authorize each app individually, so that security is not compromised and then only the activity concerning to that particular app will be tracked. The no. of emails sent and read are tracked to analyze to better time the emails to clients and also to gain unique insight about how fast the customer care executives reply to customer emails and improve the service, if necessary. Data visualization is a very important component of this application as it enables organization in-charge to view concise, more refined, visualized data that can be easily sorted to show a quick overview of whatever information is needed.
