The client ( UK based marketing company ) wanted to develop a flexible subscription based online survey tool for subscribers so that they can use the platform to increase response rates by reaching out to the target audience faster, conduct market research at a fraction of the usual cost and get real-time results for quick and easy analysis. At the end of the surveys, visual survey reports needed to be displayed so that at a glance, the admins could have a 360 degree view of customer sentiment and look for emerging opportunities to gain useful insights for their respective businesses.
We at BinaryFolks developed an online corporate survey tool to reduce manual intervention, face-to-face involvements and store collected survey data in an intuitive and easy to understand format for future analysis. Thereby, surveyors can easily track and analyze the gathered data and visualize the stats in the form of reports. A dashboard is also provided for the subscribers to analyze which functional groups are performing well or underperforming, and drill down into the data to determine the factors that are contributing to those trends.
