The objective of the client ( Australian based marketing company ) was to automate the SMS and email marketing campaigns and engage more time and resources for other core business activities. This platform needed to be a medium for consistent and effective communication with a simple and easy-to-use interface with a very minimal manual intervention. One very important requirement of this software was to respect client privacy and we had to make sure that messages or emails were not sent to the clients on admin configurable off hours and days.
BinaryFolks developed a system to carry on a continuous process of organizing, segmenting, targeting, and managing multi-channel marketing messages. The software continuously monitors the back-end database of clients and based on the admin configurable business logic it sends out soliciting emails & SMS to clients and enroll them in the service and then automatically follow-up for service appointments. Additionally, to maximize the effectiveness of the campaign and to respect user privacy, the system honors admin configurable holidays, weekends or other miscellaneous blackout dates and restricts SMS spreading out on those particular date and time. We kept provisions to adjust the message sending frequencies in a per minute / hours / day level and if the messages sent turn out to be wrong, one can interfere and correct the error.
